A call to bravery and a willingness to face darkness, pain and all other unpleasant states with resolve, love and grace. Courage is saying- “I’ve got this and I will not give in to doubt or fear”. A quiet fire that blazes alongside our feelings of terror and vulnerability yet refusing to waver or give up. A spirit holding up our spine when we are tempted to cave. An ever living well of strength and blessed victory.
This card represents the willpower to move forward despite our fears, activating bravery in the face of life’s unexpected turns. The commitment to “doing it anyway” understanding that even though things may not work out the first time, we must dare to try again with more vigor and dedication knowing that no circumstance is permanent. We are invigorated to approach life as gifted alchemists, able to transform our outcome trusting that this spirit is alive in us. This is a sober setting aside of beliefs that we may be too weak or unable to achieve our dreams. A devotional practice of letting go of thoughts that undermine our spiritual power in an effort to take on values that ground us in our untapped potential. May we experience a courage powerful enough to move mountains. May we always recall a reason to never give up whether it be our values, our loved ones, our passions or our very selves.
